Xiaodong (David) Bai studied Massage Therapy at Medix College of Healthcare (formerly known as the Medix School). He incorporates his early medical training in Chinese medicine to his understanding of your health concerns, and brings a wealth of knowledge and clinic-based therapeutic skills into his practice. Some examples of his current practice include Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques, oriental style of Shiatsu and Tuina massage.
David gained his healthcare services experience while working at several hospitals in China, and in private independent practices as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Canada. He treats patients with a variety of chronic conditions, such as neck shoulders and back pains, work-related stress, hypertension, anxiety, depression, soft-tissue dysfunctions, musculoskeletal injuries, muscle and joint disorders like carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow, car accident injuries and some other sport injuries. He has also developed a special interest in neuromuscular conditions such as acquired brain injury, rehab of stroke survivors, and support treatment for the cancer patients

David is a client centred professional therapist and strong advocate for the health benefit of massage treatment, be it therapeutic, or for the purpose of improving general health and well-being. He was also a former faculty member of the John & Jenny College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Markham Ontario.
HST is included for all prices below. Failure to provide 24 hours notice in advance of cancellation may result in being billed for missed appointment. In addition, late arrival for your appointment may result in shortened time for your treatment, while you may still be charged for the full time of your original booking.
(Usually a 30 mins session can only do treatment for the back or specific region of the body. To have a whole body massage, please book 60 mins or longer time RMT services).
(Often with some add-on modality in addition to a 30-mins massage).
(Your choice of available type of massage treatments, including Swedish, Therapeutic, deep-tissue, or relaxation massage, or Shiatsu or TUI NA massage).
(A 60 mins standard massage treatment with some add-on modality, or the entire 75 mins for massage therapy).
(The time spent for assessment, if applicable and especially for your initial visit, is also included in the time of your session).
